8+ years carpentry experience.
2 years running at least a 3-4 man crew.
Multiple recent years experience with Carpentry in residential remodeling and new construction.
Log home experience a plus, but not required.
General construction, materials, and tools knowledge.
Able to safely use all power tools and accurately cut wood and other building materials. (ex: Impact screw gun, circular saw, miter box, table saw, etc.)
Ability to analyze and effectively solve problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Service and teamwork oriented.
Possess a great attitude, people skills, and work ethic
Supply basic hand tools
Must be dependable, trustworthy and work well with others
Dependable transportation (4WD or AWD)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, a plus
Ability to lead a 3-4 man crew and keep a job running efficiently (Lead Carpenter)
